Renovation and Additions 61 St Georges Road Toorak

This project comprised the complete renovation of the existing house and 650 square metres of additions including a basement at the rear of the property with parking for six cars requiring underpinning the existing two storey residence. The addition on top of the basement is 2 storeys and includes a 'deco style' caged lift from the basement to the top floor, new living area and kitchen, four new bedrooms and associated bathrooms. The renovation of the existing house included formal rooms at the front, study and master suite with two bathrooms. The project also included complete renewal of services including C-Bus electrical control system, new roofing, new pool and extensive hard landscaping.
