Hardcore Enterprises

On a 6000 square metres site abutting the Yarra River in Flockhart Street Abbotsford this project was constructed for Hardcore Enterprises. The project comprised the construction of a new two level office of 850m2, a new 800m2 warehouse, and the refurbishment of an existing 1400m2 of warehouse, new car parks and civil works. We have since completed a 440 square metre office extension over the existing car park and additional 300 square metres of warehouse.
